Reflexology is a non-intrusive, holistic complementary therapy
Reflexology applies gentle pressure to the reflex areas of the feet or hands which brings about a state of deep relaxation and stimulates the body’s own healing process.
The theory behind reflexology is that the organs, glands, and nerves are connected to reflex / pressure points on the hands and feet. By using a technique of compression and massage with fingers and thumbs, a direct response is created in that area and the body becomes rebalanced. Reflexology of the feet will include of top of the foot, left foot, right foot and toes.
Reflexology Can Help With:
- Difficulty Sleeping / Insomnia
- Back and Neck Pain
- Foot Pain
- Digestive Problems
- Circulatory Problems
- Swollen arms, legs and ankles
